Today's recipe is easy appetizer dish. Can be served as a starter. It's Spicy Chicken Poppers. Ideal for any parties or get together. You can easily impress your family by preparing this recipe in no time. This recipe is adapted by one Korean dish taught by one of my Korean friends. The original recipe is very hot and spicy. But I have modified it using Indian Spices and then tossing it with other sauces. This is also spicy but I have reduced the heat. In India, we get a similar type of dish called Chicken Pakora. So you can call it one of the variations of Chicken Pakora.
In this recipe, I have cut small cubes of chicken breast. Then marinated with some Indian spices like chilli powder, garam masala dried Mint leaves etc. And for crispiness, I have added cornstarch/ cornflour and an egg. Kept aside for 30 minutes. The secret of super crispy chicken poppers lies in the double frying of the marinated chicken. The crispy chicken is then tossed with chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and for the final touch, I sprinkled some toasted sesame seeds.
